Power Requirements

High power requirements may be more cost effective with the addition of a generator to operate part time and when the wind and sun are no where to be found. What percentage of power would you require from wind/solar?
Is the site manned? If so is it full time or part time, explain.
Is power required around the clock?
Will your power requirements change with the seasons?
What percentage of power do you require in AC (household alternating current)?
What percentage of power do you require in DC (automotive type direct current)?
How many days of battery back-up do you require?
Do you know your power consumption? If not an appliance consumption sheet will need to be filled out
Is true sine wave power required or is square wave power sufficient?
Can existing buildings be used to support PV modules (solar panels)?
Does the system need to pass an electrical inspection?
